Utilized extensively by hundreds of successful Project Teams and Management worldwide for over 2 decades
By the end of this course, you will transition from a project leader and Value Specialist who "manages tasks" to a Scope Architect who builds consensus. You will master the ability to:
Eliminate "Mental Model" Mismatch: Master the Scope (Stick) Model to ensure every department and stakeholder is finally looking at the same project, eliminating the "I thought we were doing X" conversations.
Facilitate High-Stakes Framing: Lead a "Scope Model Workshop" that transforms a room of conflicting priorities into a unified, visual roadmap of Decisions, Uncertainties, and Interfaces.
Neutralize Scope Creep Early: Use collaborative interrogation to identify hidden issues and "un-asked" questions before they become expensive change orders.
Build Bulletproof Team Buy-In: Move beyond passive agreement. You’ll learn how to engage project teams so they own the project logic, reducing friction during the execution phase.
Master the "Scope Model" Language: Gain a repeatable, best-practice vocabulary for organizing complex project relationships that works for PMs, Value Engineers, and Technical Leads alike.
