Utilized extensively by hundreds of successful Project Teams and Management worldwide for well over 2 decades

Successful Project Teams recognize it is critical to ensure that everyone has the same mental model. The most effective way to ensure everyone is "talking about the same project" is to engage the Team, and all involved Departments, in the Stick Model Workshop.

This Project Collaboration workshop is a Best Practice technique to collect and organize issues. The Stick Model is an exceptional team process to develop and share agreement on Decisions, Uncertainties, Interfaces and Relationships. Grounding the project team in the framing conversation. Teams capture issues for action and resolution by interrogating together, and editing, the Stick Model Project graphic.
