This contracting strategy requires that both the client and consultant trust that each will appropriately advocate, participate, and deliver as agreed. The client greatly benefits as much less project management effort would be required and the project optimization would be infinitely more timely.

The engagement delivery should be about quality deliverables and should not be about the lowest consultant bid.

We will track the work and advise of progress and as further remittance payments are appropriate and timely.
